When Albert and Devin started to make their ciders, they began a journey of making cider using apples from a farm that Albert's family has owned--Wilklow Orchards--for six generations. Six! That's a pretty strong Hudson Valley pedigree.

So when you're drinking Bad Seed, you're drinking a little bit of Hudson Valley heritage. And you're drinking a delicious, unique cider. Devin stopped by to talk about not only the cider and the history, but also a really fun event that they've got planned for Fourth of July weekend that you're absolutely going to want to check out.

We are thrilled to announce the return of the Sausage & Cider Festival on Sunday July 3rd, join us in the Bad Seed cidery to sample over 15 styles of unique small batch Craft hard ciders made using apples grown in the Hudson River valley exclusively for this event. Hudson Valley Sausage company will be on hand grilling up a variety of sausages for sale Along with the Cake Artist cafe with great bite size dessert options. This will be a ticketed event with two sessions (12-3 and 4-7pm) Tickets are $24 in advance and are limited get yours now before they SELL OUT.
