Actress Mischa Barton is suing her mother claiming she stole a house and money from her. According to court documents, Barton says her mother stole a seven-million-dollar mansion from her. In addition the lawsuit claims the star's mother lied about her salary from one of her movies and pocketed the difference in salary on top of the ten-percent Barton paid her to manage her career. So far there have been no comments from either Barton or her mother on the case.
