Three family members were arrested after a woman was beaten with a baseball bat, hit, and her hair pulled at the Stonegate Mobile Home Park.

The incident resulted in the arrests of 18-year-old Alyssa McIntosh; David McIntosh, 19; and 43-year-old Elisa McIntosh, all of Catskill. New York State Police allege that Alyssa McIntosh used a baseball bat to threaten and assault a female victim during an argument. She also caused damage to a vehicle that was at the scene.

Alyssa was charged with assault and criminal mischief, both felonies, as well as menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and reckless endangerment, all misdemeanors. Elisa and David McIntosh were both charged with harassment, a violation for hitting and pulling the hair of the victim during the dispute.

The victim was transported to Columbia Memorial Hospital where she was treated for lacerations and contusions prior to being released.

Alyssa was arraigned at Town of Catskill Court and released. Elisha and David were given appearance tickets. All three are due in Town of Catskill Court on Feb. 23.
