A Hudson Valley man has been arrested after a local retailer suspects him of credit card fraud.

According to the New York State Police, they were contacted by Williams Lumber and Home Stores after 36-year-old Robert Bari made several suspicious purchases in their stores.

Police say following an investigation they found Bari fraudulently made several purchases at four different Williams Lumber locations throughout the Hudson Valley. Police say the Milton resident made the purchases between November of 2015 and January of 2016 and used multiple victims' credit card accounts to buy goods.

Bari has been charged with 11 counts of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony. Additional charges are pending.
