Hudson Valley Man Arrested for Sexually Abusing 4-Year-Old

A Hudson Valley man is behind bars following accusations that he sexually abused a 4-year-old girl.

Monday, Kingston Police received a call saying a man reached into the window of a parked car in the City of Kingston and fondled a 4-year-old girl.

Members of the Kingston Police Department’s Patrol Division responded and detectives began an investigation.

Juan Saqui, 33, of Kingston was arrested soon at the scene. He was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, endangering the welfare of a child and false impersonation, misdemeanors.

Saqui is currently being held at the Kingston Police Department as he awaits arraignment in Kingston City Court.
