A Hudson Valley man was arrested for allegedly spying on and trying to take photos of naked guests at a motel.

Police say Nachman Breier, 54, of Spring Valley tried to take cellphone pictures of naked couples having sex at the at the Skyview Motel in Fort Lee, New Jersey on at least two occasions.

According to northjersey.com, one motel guest told police that a man, later identified as Breier, opened the window of his room and took photos of him and his wife naked inside their room.

An employee at the motel said another guest recently reported a similar incident. A second couple was having sex when Breier allegedly opened a window to their room, moved a curtain, and tried to take photos. He was spotted by the couple and ran away.

Officials describe Breier as a married man who works as a beverage deliveryman. He was charged with invasion of privacy and released on his own recognizance

Police believe Breier may have committed similar crimes in the Hudson Valley and elsewhere in New Jersey. Anyone with information is asked to contact Fort Lee Police at 201-592-3510.
