Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company Comes To Beacon

Less than a week ago I had my fire pit set up and made my first s'more of 2018. It was delicious to say the least. Just used basic marshmallows from a supermarket and the usual other ingredients. When I heard about the soft open of Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company in Beacon, I behaved similarly to Pavlov's Dog.

According to an article on poughkeepsiejournal.com, the store had a soft opening last week. Located at 217 Main Street in Beacon, the store front will offer a variety of hand made sweet tooth satisfiers as well as their signature s'mores.  Using a blow torch and a steady hand they'll craft their gourmet treats right in front of you.

Their website, hudsonvalleymarshmallow.com also offers delivery of their products through the USPS priority mail. If sealed and kept in a cool dark place their products have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months.

This looks like a place worth checking out and is giving me all sorts of gift ideas.
