Hudson Valley Pub For Sale

If you've ever wanted to own your own bar or pub, this could be the opportunity for you. Draught Industries on Main Street in Beacon is up for sale. Having just opened in September of 2014, the place could be yours for $150,000. According to their Facebook post, all the equipment is included in the sale price.

There is seven years left on the current lease, so you won't have to negotiate a new one for many years. No word was given on why the establishment is up for grabs. Reviews via their Facebook page generally describe positive experiences from patrons.

• Stopped in Saturday night for the first time. Excellent selection of beer on tap. We stopped by Beacon Pantry first a ordered a cheese plate to take. Sat at the bar enjoying the wonderful service and our door and beer. If you are in Beacon this should be on your list. They have 2 excellent wines on tap too.
• Was there Late this past Saturday night. The food is fantastic!! Hats off to the staff in the kitchen and behind the bar!! Pork Belly and the Salumi plate was fantastic and well priced!!! Definitely a place to come to eat!!! And drink!
• The place is awesome, great beers, good parking, amazing people that work there. Couldn't say anything better about the place really. It's my go to every time I'm in Beacon.
