The Hudson Valley Renegades are on a roll and they very well could wind up in the playoffs if they keep this up.

The Renegades are the hottest team in minor league baseball right now and they have racked up an 12 game winning streak. When you get hot late in the season, anything can happen and it sure would be nice to see our hometown guys make it back to the playoffs.

The video by Damon shows why most of us go to a game at Dutchess Stadium. The food and the fun. It doesn't really matter to many people if the "gades" win or lose - just take me out to the ballgame. Well - I can tell you I love going for cool stuff that happens at Dutchess Stadium, but it's a lot more fun when they win.

According to the Poughkeepsie Journal, the Renegades have 15 games left in the season and if they keep winning there is a good chance of making the playoffs. This team is really on fire right now and they have come a long way.

Hudson Valley entered Wednesday 34-25 for the season, five games behind the Staten Island Yankees in the McNamara Division standings but a half-game ahead of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers in the wild card standings.

So try and catch a couple a games at Dutchess Stadium before the summer comes to a close. Let's make the games a little louder and help the boys get to the post season.
