Actor and Hudson Valley resident Liev Schreiber and actress Naomi Watts are no longer a couple. According to Daily Mail, the two announced the separation via joint statement on Monday. They had been together for 11 years after starting their relationship in 2005.

Schreiber has starred in dozens of movies and is best known for his roles in XMEN Origins: Wolverine, Scream and The Sum of All Fears. Watts is known for roles in The Ring and King Kong. The power couple and their two children spent much of their time in the Tribeca area of New York City, but also own a home in Dutchess County.

In 2009, Schreiber starred in Taking Woodstock along with fellow Hudson Valley resident Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Emile Hirsch. The film told the story of the legendary 1969 music festival that took place in Bethel.

Earlier this year we took a look at the top 10 celebrities who live in the Hudson Valley. Schreiber and Watts didn't make the list, but we're pretty sure the ex-couple would have been number 11 if we expanded it.
