A local Hudson Valley town has been named the best small town to visit in all of New York. The Crazy Tourist takes a look at the top 15 in the state and names Cold Spring with the distinct honor.

There's a lot to do just minutes from Cold Spring. Check out nearby Bannerman Castle, or take a hike at Breakneck Ridge. The West Point Foundry Preserve is a glimpse at America's industrial history. And the banks of the Hudson are a great place to check out the foliage.

But Cold Spring isn't the only Hudson Valley town represented on the list. New Paltz can be found at number eight while Pawling and Sleepy Hollow are at 11 and 15 respectively. Many travel to Saratoga Springs upstate for a concert or horse races in the summer, they can be found at 14.
