This week you have the chance to check out one of the worlds most under appreciated and most misunderstood grape Riesling. The biggest falasy is that ALL Rieslings are sweet. In fact, they can range from desert dry to pancake syrup sweet and everything in between. Will we convince you that Riesling is THE only grape? Probably not, but here is a great chance for you to try a few at a great local winery, talk to good people and enjoy yourself on a May afternoon. Just try it.
