Hyde Park Man Arrested for Child Porn

A CVS employee noticed a man printing out photos of young girls dressed only in underwear. That Hyde Park man has been arrested for possessing child porn.

According to New York State Police, on February 1st, 37-year-old Ethan Sledzianoswki, of Hyde Park, was observed printing out photographs of young girls dressed in only lingerie. A CVS employee who spotted the suspicious behavior reported it to Red Hook Police who then contacted the State Police for assistance.

With that information, authorities performed a forensic evaluation of Sledzianowski’s computer and electronic media. Police allege they found pornographic images of children.

Sledzianowski was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class D felony. He was arraigned at the Town of Hyde Park court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. He is due to reappear in the Town of Hyde Park Court at a later date.
