A man who attended a Yankees/Red Sox game fell asleep on ESPN. Now he wants cash. Sure, why not?

Andrew Rector was apparently so damaged by his dozing image being shown on national television that he feels $10,000,000 would be fair compensation. Yup, a guy who was pointed out as a sleeper by baseball announcers is suing the Yankees, the league, and ESPN for defamation of character.

Because, after all, when you're so traumatized by a lot of people knowing you fell asleep at a ballgame, the best course of action is filing a lawsuit that ensures a lot more people know that you fell asleep at a ballgame.
