I Spy With My Little Eye…Five Planets Aligned!

For the first time in over ten years five planets will align and you'll be able to see them with your naked eye! Just make sure the rest of you is covered...it's cold outside!

Now through February 20th in the cool wee hours of the morn you will be able to see Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Mars and Jupiter all aligned in a diagonal line...weather permitting of course.

According to EarthSky.org the five planets have not been aligned this way since January 2005. They say it's possible the phenomenon will happen again in August but wont be as visible here in the North...so grab some cocoa, a warm coat and watch while you can!
