A Hudson Valley mansion built for the Roosevelt and Astor families could be yours for just $22 million. A recent listing on Berkshire Hathaway's website reveals the 289-acre Red Hook property known as Atalanta has just hit the market.

The home was originally built for members of President Roosevelt's family. Built in 1851, the home has been renovated and has both modern and classic features. With more than 16,000 square feet in the main home, there's no question there will be room for that pool table you've always wanted.

And speaking of recreational activities, the 75-foot pool on the property will be a nice place to cool off in the summer time. The 27 room mansion has seven bedrooms 11 bathrooms and a three-room guest house (just in case you run out of space.

Unfortunately, the taxes on the home cost more in a month than many of us make in a year, not to mention the astronomical asking price. But if your numbers come up soon on the Powerball drawing, you could have a real shot at this one.
