Imagine Dragons Announce North American Tour, Local Dates Included

Imagine Dragons are gearing up for the release of their new album "Smoke + Mirrors". They'll be hitting the road this summer on a massive tour in support of the album.

Local dates include June 29th at the Prudential Center in Newark, followed by June 30th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. I managed to catch the Black Keys at Barclays last fall and it's a great venue.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday February 17th at LiveNation.com. The shows will be opened up by the under-rated Metric. There's a good chance these shows will sell out, so be sure to get on it.

The tour kicks off Wednesday June 3rd in Portland Oregon and runs through August 1st at the Taco Bell Arena in Boise Idaho. Where, we can only hope, there will be enough tacos for everyone.
