How many times have you taken your kids to a bouncy house? At first, they go crazy, but after four or five times in, they're looking for another bouncy house, or a slide, something else to play on. We have a solution for you.

The first ever Hudson Vally Krazy Kids Inflatable Fun Run is coming to Barton Orchards in Poughquag this Saturday, thanks to WMC Health. It's a kid’s only obstacle course for ages 3 through 12 with 11 inflatable obstacles. There’s also a dedicated parent viewing lane, so that you can run alongside your kids as they go through the course. The run will start and end in Krazy Town, that has even more fun with mazes and giant bounce houses.

This Friday, from 4PM till 7PM, don’t miss the Packet Pickup Party at Barton Orchards. If you’ve already registered your kids in the race, you can stop by and pick up your race packet and details so you can just show up on Saturday. If you haven't registered yet, you can stop by and buy your tickets. Barton Orchards will have their farmers market open, with activities for the family, food will be available and live music from Ed and Ang (an acoustic duo).

Don’t miss the Krazy Kids Inflatable Fun Run thanks to WMC Health, with TEG Federal Credit Union and the Poughkeepsie Galleria.

What about the adults? Never fear, the Insane Inflatable 5K will be returning to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 30. It is made up solely of inflatable obstacles and will challenge and surprise you. This year, it has an all-new course with lots of brand new obstacles. Tickets are on sale now, currently they are $54, but that price will expire on Friday and increase to $57. Don't wait, this event sold out last year.
