Insane Inflatable Is Back in the Hudson Valley

It's back!

For the third year in a row, the Insane Inflatable 5K is making its way to the Hudson Valley. On July 29, 2017 the Insane Inflatable will be touching down at the Dutchess County Fair Grounds in Rhinebeck.

Registration is open now and if history repeats itself, the sign up list will fill up sooner than you think.

If you're not familiar with the Insane Inflatable 5K, let me fill you in. You don't need to be an advanced runner to take part, the 3.1-mile course is filled with fun inflatable obstacles for you and your friends to crash through. Literally.

There's an obstacle with huge bouncy balls being rolled at you. Don't forget the slide! Yes, people. There are slides involved.
