I've been here in the Hudson Valley for almost two years now and I'm so thankful to get to do what I do every morning.

I know this post is super cheesy but I just can't help myself. I'm sorry.

If you listen to show you know that I hail from the mitten state.I grew up about 40 minutes from Detroit. About five years back my radio career brought me to Albany. I enjoyed my time there but there was something missing.

When I got the call to come to the Hudson Valley I was extremely hesitant. It was all nerves.

I'm glad I made the switch because I'm truly having the time of my life here.

I just wanted to say that I'm thankful for several things right now. I'm thankful for my co-workers who endure my shennigans on a daily basis. I'm thankful for my friends who I see on a daily basis and even the ones I talk to a little less. I'm appy to have the love of a strong, smart, independent and beautiful woman.  I'm thankful for my parents back home who are constantly supporting me.

Most of all, I'm thankful for everyone who listens to WRRV. You're the reason why I do what I do. None of this matters without you.
