Although we're a little late on this shout out it is still highly deserved!

In honor of Earth Day crews from the highway division spread out across Dutchess County last week to clean up and beautify our roadsides and highways. According to a post on the Dutchess County Government facebook page workers from the Dutchess County Department of Public Works Highway Division were able to collect more than 500 bags of trash and debris weighing in at over 11,000 pounds. Now thats a whole lotta garbage!

Big shout out and thanks to those who are out there doing their part to keep our home here in the Hudson Valley beautiful!
