The food scene in the Hudson Valley is probably the most advanced as far as farm to table and unique cuisines. One of the first restaurants to shake things up and do things a little differently, is now for sale.

When The Elephant first opened in Kingston on Wall St, there was a buzz about it (still is) for their tapas style, small plates, servings, their wine bottle specials, craft beer list and funky music playing in the background. This was also one of the first places that I went to in the area that served up pressed pots of coffee, might I add that this is something that most restaurants are doing now in the area.

Now the era will be continuing under new ownership. According to the add listing, it is just the business for sale. The property is a part of a long term lease. If you are interested, please use the contact info found in the listing.
