I'm a huge fan of cider. Growing up in the Hudson Valley has afforded me the privilege of having tried so many delicious, fresh, local ciders growing up that it only makes sense that when I got old enough, the hard side of cider would appeal to me as well.

Not only is the Hudson Valley cider scene incredible, it's part of a wider movement of cider growth around the country; not since probably the beginning of our nation has hard cider enjoyed such a presence culturally.

That's exactly why Cider Fest 2015 is happening this Saturday at Barton Orchards in Poughquag. Tickets are available by clicking here.

But one of the biggest names in cider that's establishing a presence in the Hudson Valley is Crispin; they'll be at the Cider Fest this weekend and Anthony Napoli stopped by the show to talk about what we can expect from their cider.
