Letter Carrier Vs Dog In Court

A mail carrier is suing over a run-in with a dog.  He says it's because of the dog that he can't work. Here's the info about the dog and why this guy is suing.

William Delgado delivers in Yonkers, New York and says he was hurt pretty badly when an Australian shepherd bit him.  He says the dog bite caused him to run in panic and he hurt his knee.  This was back in 2012 and Delgado filed suit last week with the state Supreme Court over it.  He claims he was just doing his job at the time but the dog's attack forced him out of work.  He says he hasn't been able to return to the job since.
