New Music? New Tour? What is coming from Fred Durst and company? Here's all the details. There's still no new album from Limp Bizkit, but the band is ready to hit the road anyway.  Fred Durst and company are set to embark on a U.S. tour starting Saturday with an appearance at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California.  Machine Gun Kelly is also on board to open most of the shows on the trek, which is scheduled to run through mid-October.  Among the songs expected to be in Limp Bizkit's set lists is "Endless Slaughter," the latest track released from the group's upcoming album "Stampede of the Disco Elephants."   Their follow-up to 2011's "Gold Cobra" still hasn't received an official release date.
