Despite the rainy and cold weather, it's technically ice cream season. There is nothing better than grabbing a cone or downing a milkshake after a baseball or softball game on a hot day. With that being said, a local creamery needs our help.

Clancy's Cafe and Creamery in Hyde Park is, unfortunately, set to close on May 22nd. It's always tough to see a local business go, but Clancy's is still open and trying to conduct business as usual. However, they say their current landlords are making that a bit difficult. According to a Facebook post shared by Clancy's, the landlords have put up a new sign stating a "Cafe and Creamery" is coming soon and will be "Under New Management." To clear things up, Clancy's is not affiliated, at all, with the new store set to be open.

If you find some time from now until May 22, do your best to stop by Clancy's Cafe and Creamery and grab some ice cream. Get your friends and family together and support this local business while you still can.
