Local Dunkin’ Donuts Has Special Menu Item Only at 8 National Locations

A local Dunkin' Donuts sold so much of a special Fall item last year that it's been chosen for a special roll-out starting today.

According to a press release from Dunkin' Donuts, the Hudson Valley will be among the first donut lovers to receive the "pumpkin spice" treatment. Dunkin' announced that its famous lineup of pumpkin food and beverages will return over the next two weeks. But if that's too long to wait, don't worry. The Hyde Park Dunkin' Donuts on Route 9 is one of only eight locations in the country that will be getting a special "Pumpkin Peek."

The donut giant is holding celebrations at only a handful of its restaurants to reward the customers who purchased the most pumpkin spice items last year. And, apparently, people in Hyde Park love their pumpkin spice.

At special "Pumpkin Peek" events held in the Hyde Park location this week, guests will be offered a free medium hot or iced pumpkin coffee, along with other pumpkin-themed giveaways. Besides our Hudson Valley location, other stores participating in the promotion include the original Dunkin' Donuts restaurant in Quincy, MA along with stores in Santa Monica, Culver City, Biddeford and Norwich, CT.

So whether you like it or not, pumpkin spice season is back... and you can enjoy it before the rest of the country right now in Hyde Park. So enjoy... or be warned.
