Local Pizza Chain To Open In Poughkeepsie

It's no secret that the Hudson Valley loves pizza. We're excited to get one more here.

Next month there's a new pizza restaurant scheduled to open up in Poughkeepsie. New Yorker's have a love affair with pizza. The whole world knows it. It's the water, right?

Everyone who knows pizza knows that the best way to cook pizza is in a brick oven.

Mike & Joe's Brick Oven Pizza has two locations in the Hudson Valley already. They've got one in Hopewell and one in Mahopac. Managers hope to have the newest location in Poughkeepsie in December.

There isn't a set opening date yet but we'll keep you informed when it's open. It's about 5 minutes from the studios here. I'm thinking that I found my new lunch spot.
