Mark McGrath Shocker. He’s Alive?

Mark McGrath is still very much alive, despite reports to the contrary.  The former Sugar Ray singer tweeted Thursday, "Final word on the death hoax thing.  I knew nothing about it and found out the same time you did...sorry about any confusion."  A press release began circulating Thursday morning claiming that Mark had been shot to death by a masked gunman on the set of his Adult Swim TV series "Hot Package."  Thankfully the death turned out to be a hoax.  Could this simply have been a publicity stunt to help Mark's shows ratings? Well, Adult Swim is denying any involvement in the hoax.
