It is happening. As of today, McDonald's is now serving up breakfast all day. Of course, the entire menu will not be available, just what you might consider to be core items.

What will be available (based on participation from franchise owners):

  • McMuffin with Egg
  • McMuffin with Sausage & Egg
  • McMuffin with Sausage
  • Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit
  • Sausage Biscuit
  • Sausage Biscuit with Egg
  • Hotcakes
  • Hotcakes with Sausage
  • Fruit n'Yogurt Parfait
  • Sausage Burrito
  • Fruit & Maple Oatmeal
  • Hasbrowns

McGriddles and bagels will not be available.

McDonald's is choosing to limit what will be available to hopefully prevent kitchens from getting overwhelmed by cooking breakfast and burgers at the same time.

McDonald's previously said that it could not serve 24-hour breakfast because their grills were not big enough to handle breakfast and lunch items at the same time.

Will you be excited to pull up to the drive thru window at 11am and still be able to get an Egg McMuffin and Hashbrowns? Or will you be craving a Quarter Pounder instead?
