Where Can You Get A Meat Birthday Cake?

Is your idea of a birthday dinner a night out with a good steak? How about taking this idea one step further?

Japan's latest birthday cake creation is a meat cake, (insert complaints from vegetarians here) made entirely out of raw meat. There are many versions, but basically, it looks like a cake on the outside, but is made with raw steak, pork, and fish. Some of the "cake creators" even take advantage of the red color of the raw meat to create flowers from the meat.

Where can you find one of these meat cakes? They are typically sold in grill-your-own-meat joints in Tokyo, where you and your guest can cook the meat on site. But rogue cakes are popping up all over that have been made by well-meaning friends and family members.
