A member of the band AC/DC has been arrested. Not the first time that he has been involved with the law. This time it's for what he tried to do:

AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd is being accused of trying to have two men killed.  According to Stuff.co.nz, he entered no plea to a charge of attempting to procure murder during an appearance in a New Zealand court Thursday afternoon, local time.  Rudd was arrested earlier that morning after police raided his home.  The 60-year-old has also been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis, and threatening to kill.  Rudd was released on bail and ordered not to have any contact with the unnamed hitman he allegedly tried to hire.

AC/DC is set to release "Rock or Bust," their first album in six years, on December 2nd.
