Minnesota Auto Body Shop Paid Employees in Meth
Generally speaking, I understand business owners doing whatever they can to make sure their business runs smoothly and is profitable. I guess, sometimes, that means creating and implementing creative ways to motivate--or even pay--employees without having to spend any more money than possible.
That being said, any time you're distributing meth, it's probably not the wisest course of action. Maybe a nice incentive plan, reward people for quality work with vacation time or something. A nice pat on the back and a "Hey, great work, Gus!" perhaps.
Trading crystal methamphetamine for goods and services, well, that's just not something that you need hanging over your head. The Man isn't crazy about it. I get it, you're avoiding having to actually spend money, you're evading taxes, and maybe your employees even like it! But good life advice: just avoid meth in any way possible.
