The original Woodstock Festival is the single most legendary concert of all time. Now comes word the 50th reunion will be celebrated with a new show. The Poughkeepsie Journal reports Michael Lang, who was involved with the original festival, has confirmed there are definite plans for a reunion.

Lang couldn't confirm any actual details but did say they're close to locking it in and an official announcement would be coming soon.

Bethel Woods was built on the grounds where the original Woodstock took place, but the footprint of where the concert was held was left untouched. Bethel Woods opened July 4th weekend back in 2006 and has hosted hundreds of great events and concerts.

The question is, who is going to play the show. Where are they going to have it and how much is it going to cost. All details we'll have to be patient for but it would be nice to be able to but Woodstock 2019 tickets for loved ones for the holidays.
