It looks like everyone got a fitness tracker for the holidays. Which seems like a nice way for your relatives to tell you to get off your ass.

We've started a FitBit group and we're letting you compete for prizes every week. It's dead simple to play along. (There's no easy way to get all of our listeners with all their different types of fitness trackers in the same group, so we're working with the most popular one, FitBit, currently.)

That's it! Every person who hits the weekly goal of 70,000 steps or more (10k a day) is entered for a chance to win a prize from WRRV like a CD, a DVD or some merch. I'll be playing along too, so you guys can see what I'm doing too.
