The New York Giants paid tribute to murdered firefighter Justin Speights on Sunday.

Pat Hanlon, the vice president of communications for the Giants, posted two images on Twitter showing Odell Beckham Jr. paying tribute to the 20-year-old Wallkill resident. Speights was stabbed to death at a house party in the Town of Crawford in the early hours of the new year.

Speights was a four-year member of the Silver Lake Fire District and graduated Pine Bush High School in 2014. Over 100 people attended the party on Paddock Drive when a fight broke out. Speights was transported to Orange Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Speights was a longtime New York Giants fan and his friends mounted a social media campaign asking the team to pay tribute to him with the hashtag #GiantsforJustin.

The two photos appeared Sunday morning before the Giants faced the Eagles at home in a 35-30 loss.

New York State Police have asked for the public's help in its investigation of the murder. Anyone who attended the party or has information about the stabbing can contact the Middletown barracks at (845) 344-5300.
