Nick Tries to Invent New Potato Chip Flavors For Lay's

I'm pretty proud of the chips I've made but I think I should have left my personal problems out of the kitchen. My results are just sad.

Lay's Potato chips is in the final stages of their "Do Us a Flavor" contest. I love potato chips and I was a little disappointed in the three final choices. The latest flavor choices are Everything Bagel, Fried Green Tomato and Crispy Taco.

I don't think that I would enjoy any of these. I thought I would get to work and make my own flavors. I worked hard on them so I hope Lay's gives them a chance. Things haven't been so great and cooking takes my mind off of things. I brought my chips in and had our new mid day host PJ and Mike at night try them out. They had some positive feedback.
