It is that time of year when people become obsessed with apples. The New York Apple Association knows that you cannot get enough of them, picking them, eating them, even drinking them, you want more. Every Columbus Day, this year its' Monday October 12, 2015 Soons Orchard in New Hampton celebrates their 115th birthday with a huge celebration which includes apple picking, pumpkin picking with wagon rides, and a mini maze, plus other things for the kids and kids at heart starting at 11:30AM. The Tasting Room will also be open, offering tastings and a great selection of NY wine, beer and spirits, along with Orchard Hill Cider Mill hard cider.
