Former Jet/Giant Plaxico Burress is in trouble with the law, AGAIN. How did he shoot himself in the foot this time?

Former NY Jet/Giant & Steelers football player, Plaxico Burress is being indicted in New Jersey on tax charges. NJ.com reports Burress is facing one count of issuing a bad check or electronic funds transfer and one count of willful failure to pay state tax for an amount exceeding 47-thousand-dollars.
