New York state officials have approved an Adirondack snowmobile trail that will link 3 upstate communities.

The trail, which will link Minerva, Newcomb and North Hudson, will be approximately 40 miles in length. Fox Business reports work on the first 18 mile stretch will begin immediately. The entire system is expected to be finished sometime in 2022 and the trails will be accessible to mountain biking, horseback riding and cross country skiing in addition to snowmobiling.

While the video below is not of the trails in question, its a good example of what a ride through the new Adirondack trails could be like.
