The Orange County District Attorney's Office announced nine guilty pleas Thursday in a cocaine distribution case involving outlaw motorcycle clubs.

The New York State Police Special Investigations Unit, in conjunction with the Orange County District Attorney's Office and the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office, made over 20 arrests and seized two kilos of cocaine on April 28 following a seven-month-long investigation into drug trafficking dubbed "Operation Chopper."

The defendants who pleaded guilty to charges Thursday included Brandon Masker, Ryan Culver, Charles Sawtelle, Amanda Rohloff, Richard Tomczak, Joseph Tomczak, Peter Noger, John Scheinert and Carl Digirolamo.

Masker admitted he was the force behind the drug trafficking organization that distributed cocaine throughout Orange County. He faces up to 15 years in prison. Masker's plea marks the first time defendant Orange County history that a defendant pleaded guilty to operating a as a major trafficker.

Culver pleaded guilty to enterprise corruption for crimes he committed as the leader of the now-defunct Young Souls Motorcycle Club--a self-described "outlaw bike club." Culver admitted selling cocaine on behalf of the club and possession a pistol later used in a shooting in an Otisville bar by another club member.

Sawtelle pleaded guilty to enterprise corruption for crimes committed as the present of the Cycle Lords motorcycle club. He admitted selling cocaine and methadone and to possessing an illegal high capacity magazine.

This is the first time Orange County defendants have pleaded guilty to enterprise corruption.

Rohloff pleaded guilty to drug possession and conspiracy.

Richard Tomczak, his brother, Joseph Tomczak, Noger and Scheinert pleaded guilty to conspiracy.

Digirolamo pleaded guilty to drug possession.

Additional defendants are expected to be charged in connection with the operation.
