So here's the deal! I'm crazy stoked for the Insane Inflatable 5k! HOWEVER, whenever I try to get into shape and start running again, I need new music CONSTANTLY. So I'm launching the Perfect Workout Playlist Project.

Every Tuesday, I'm going to slap together a new playlist for you guys to put together and listen to while you're prepping for the big run on August 1st/2nd.

I've been talking about it for a few days, and this just happens to be one of my favorite running playlists of all time featuring Taking Back Sunday and Jimmy Eat World. Just around 35 minutes, and no band back to backs.

The closing songs are freaking perfect, and should be just enough to push you to the end of your run. Go download and run!
