Police Find Body in the Hudson River Near Poughkeepsie

Authorities found a body in the Hudson River today just after noon.

The Hudson Valley News Network reports the male body matches the description of Ian Jones, who went missing after capsizing over the weekend. He and his girlfriend Tali Fruchtmann both ended up in the river Saturday morning after experiencing difficulties. Fruchtmann is the daughter of Grammy winner Annie Lennox.

Police stress, that while the body matches the description of Jones, it has not officially been confirmed. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday to determine the ID and cause of death.
