A Hudson Valley man and two teens were all arrested for allegedly running a large drug selling operation in Dutchess County.

On Wednesday, New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, the State Police Wappinger Bureau of Investigation and Uniform Troopers, as well as the NYSP Special Operations Response Team arrested Brandon Bound, 20, an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old.

All three were charged with criminal possession with intent to sell and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

The unnamed 18-year-old was also charged with making a terroristic threat, criminal mischief, felonies, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. Police didn't go into detail regarding the teen's additional charges.

Police executed a search warrant at a home on Titusville Road in the town of Lagrange and found 7.7 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, approximately 50 Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) tabs, Xanax pills, 32.9 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia associated with the sale of illicit substances, police say.

Bound and the 17-year-old were sent to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond. The 18-year-old was remanded in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
