Police: Hudson Valley Man Accused of Using Work Truck to Cover Weed Operation
A Hudson Valley man has been arrested and is accused of using his work truck as a cover for his marijuana operation.
The Times Herald Record reports Sullivan County resident Ralph Castelli was pulled over in his Verizon truck as the culmination of a year long investigation. He had a garbage bag with packaged marijuana and clippings from marijuana plants. Authorities allege he used the truck to make deliveries all over the county.
A search warrant was served at his Grahmsville home, where they found 159 plants weighing in around 20lbs. Authorities also found growing equipment.
