Police: Hudson Valley Student Arrested After Attacking Bus Driver

Lloyd, NY - A student traveling on a Highland school district bus, attacked the driver while other students looked on.

Sabrina E. Baker, 18, of Highland was arrested and charged with assault and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors, as reported by the Daily Freeman.

Baker, who was unhappy that she didn't get dropped off where she wanted to, starting punching and hitting the driver, while other students watched.

The bus driver was the one who called police to report the assault. The assault left the driver with some redness and bruising.

Baker was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Court.
