A Kingston man was arrested after police allegedly found heroin, cocaine, marijuana and more in his home.

Kingston Police charged 27-year-old Francis A. Vesprey, of Kingston with 3 counts of 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon, 5th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, criminally using drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and a violation for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Kingston Police’s Special Investigation Unit began an investigation after receiving a number of complaints about drug sales on East Chester Street. The investigation led to the arrest of Vesprey and a search warrant was executed on his East Chester Street home.

At his home, police allegedly found a large amount of heroin and cocaine, along with marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

The Town of Ulster K9 unit helped Kingston Police during the search of Vesprey’s home.
