Police: Kingston Woman Menaced, Stalked, and Harassed Elderly

Kingston police arrested a woman after she allegedly menaced, stalked, and harassed an 80-year-old woman over an extended period of time.

On Thursday, Kingston Police received a complaint of a family dispute at a home on Delaware Avenue in Kingston. Police say an investigation determined that 48-year-old Jamie Ann Sykes, of Kingston was involved in a number of altercations with an elderly female victim over an extended period of time.

Sykes was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree menacing, 3rd-degree stalking, and 3rd-degree harassment.

Sykes is being held at the Kingston Police Department pending arraignment in Kingston City Court.
