Police Need Help Finding Missing Hudson Valley Teen

Police need help locating a missing Hudson Valley teenager who may be in Orange County.

Samantha Lucero, 16, was last seen by her family on June 28 in the Verplanck area of Cortlandt. Police say Lucero ran away from home and it’s believed she’s staying with friends either in the Port Jervis area or possibly Westchester County.

Lucero is a 5’9” 140 pound white female with long red hair and brown eyes.
