An Orange County man is accused of driving drunk and with a suspended license due to a previous DWI.

Early Tuesday morning, State Police pulled over a car on the New York State Thruway for allegedly speeding. During the traffic stop, 29-year-old Alejandro Martinez of Newburgh was found to be intoxicated, police say.

Martinez is accused of driving with a revoked license due to a prior DWI. He also was allegedly driving in a vehicle that did not have an ignition interlock device, which is required due to his prior DWI.

Martinez was transported and processed at State Police Newburgh, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.08%, officials say.

Martinez was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, both a class E felonies, operating a motor vehicle with no ignition interlock device, a class A misdemeanor and multiple vehicle and traffic violation.

Martinez was arraigned before the Town of Cornwall Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear on Oct. 20.
